About the Journal
SJ Case Reports Africa is an international peer-reviewed Medical Journal that publishes care reports and research studies on case reports from Africa and the world at large. The Journal was established in January 2024 and is published by SJC Publishers Company Limited.
Aim and Focus
This Medical Journal focuses on determinants of health and we have a special interest in contributing to evidence-based practice. We accept detailed case reports that inform both clinical research and day-to-day clinical care, not forgetting aspects of Public Health. We believe that each case report written and documented has a significant impact on health of people globally.
SJ Case Reports Africa accepts case reports on the following;
- Unusual side effects or adverse interactions involving medications
- Findings that bring new information or insights on the possible pathogenesis of a disease or an adverse effect during practice or research
- Unexpected presentations of diseases
- Case reports that document the relationships and variations in disease processes
- Presentations, diagnoses, and/or management of new and emerging diseases
- An unexpected event in the course of observing or treating a patient
